I know what you’re thinking. That doesn’t sound healthy to me! I think healthy is all relative. But you can actually make cupcakes with protein powder — among all kinds of other yummy desserts! It’s actually kinda crazy all the amazing recipes out there, all of which I want to try.

Most of the time, people buy huge tubs of protein powder, like the massive ones from Premier Protein I have stocked in my kitchen. So the question is — how can you use it all in a creative way? Sure, you can just drink it straight up with water, but why not turn it into some other fun stuff too?

You can top your protein powder cupcakes with sugar-free frosting to help ya out on the sugar side. They make that stuff and sell it all the stores! Or you could just toss some chocolate chips in there, forego the frosting and call it a day. Either way, these are a great snack. Don’t forget, you can grab your tub of Premier Protein for this at Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco and most of your favorite stores. Or, order it online.

Here’s the recipe but scroll down for links to some of the other good ones I’ve found.
