Like most people, I don’t go anywhere without my cell phone. For me, that’s a hazard – especially when I’m working out. Why? Because I happen to be a little clumsy. I’ve been known to drop my phone during a run or set it down in just the wrong place.
But, I need it to keep track of time, take photos, track distance and a million other reasons. Our phones are part of our fitness routines these days! I use several different fitness apps and simply MUST have this mini-me computer with me during a sweat session.
