Sorry for the lapse in posting. I left my power chord in Indiana and have just been procrastinating! Either way, I will be posting more soon, promise. In the meantime, here’s a photo from my six-miler this morning. It was sweaty humid at 5:30am so I ram with a water bottle in hand which is pretty annoying. Wasn’t the greatest run but I’m trying to keep on with the Hal Higdon Intermediate 1 plan which includes more week running than I knew. My main goals have always been keeping up with weekend long runs but apparently I’m gonna be running more than I realized. Oh well…at least I know what my workouts will be. Here’s the plan I’m on:
