One of my all-time favorite things to do is sit outside on a gorgeous, sunny, 70s-ish Saturday afternoon and have a couple of drinks with my favorite people. Sometimes that means my sisters, or my parents, sometimes my girlfriends but usually, it’s with Rick. We visited one of our new favorite places to eat — Los Tios in Del Ray — on Saturday from some early evening fun. There is nothing better than a top shelf margarita on the rocks with salt (for me) and an ice cold draft Yeungling (for him)!
We visit different restaurants all the time and usually don’t come away impressed but we’ve enjoyed Los Tios a lot. The weirdest thing to me is that most Mexican restaurants don’t have great chips. You would think the chip would be the defining factor but it is not. This place has decent chips but they are not as good as La Charreada in Bloomington unfortunately!
