I admit it — I heard of this guy while watching The Batchelorette on Monday. But then he randomly popped up on my Pandora station today so I felt it must be fate — me and this song. “I’d rather be with you” by Josh Radin is the sweetest song I’ve heard in awhile. It’s one of those mushy, loveporn songs that makes me want to fall in love — with the right person (the one that’s gonna stick around!) In my attempt to share more on this blog, I will embed the video below. I have a date tonight and it sort of feels like a chore — date after date. But I go with an open mind, with the attitude that everyone is somebody worth getting to know. And I’m best self, as I should be. It’s entertaining and busying but it’s never right. One of these days it’ll be right.
