I almost can’t believe that on Friday morning I’m flying to LAX and getting ready to attend the 2013 Reebok Crossfit Games. Is this really happening? I’m fortunate to be attending courtesy of Reebok as a blogger for the Games and couldn’t feel more privileged or excited! I’ll be hanging with my fellow bloggers Gina, Anne and Tina while I’m there as well.
I’ll be there for the individual competitions (my favorite), which is Friday, July 26- Sunday, July 28th. We’ll be at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.
Since most of you will not be in Cali with me, I wanted to make sure you could still watch from home!
**The Games will be covered on ESPN3 (though I think they should be covered by the main station!) and you can also watch directly on Games.Crossfit.com. ESPN2 will air the final hour of events from 4-5pmPT on Sunday. **

Not sure why there are more men but I’m not 100% up to speed on how the Games work yet so stay tuned. It will be exciting this year especially because we WILL have a new female champion now that 2x winner Annie Thorisdotter is out for the season.
Reebok will be showcasing their new shoe, the Nano Speed. The Nano (#ReebokNano) is the number one shoe choice for Crossfitters so they are upping it a notch with these. I’m hoping to try them out myself soon! They have also come out with a new shoe for lifting in particular. Check it out!
