Finding theologically solid and reputable Christian kids books can be difficult. When I became a parents, I was flooded with secular books — some of which even distorted Bible stories into worldly ones. Others, I found lacking in Scripture or not well-written. I set out to find books my kids would really enjoy that might truly teach them about God.
More and more mommas have been asking me for suggestions lately, so I figured now was the best time to put together a short list to get you started. These are certainly for the younger kids, for the most part, but I actually enjoy them quite a bit myself! Sometimes it’s the simplification of deep, spiritual concepts that help us as adults really hear what God is saying.
