I’ve got a little secret. Perhaps you’ve heard? You don’t need a gym to get a good workout. In fact, you don’t need anything other than your own body. You may not think you can get a good workout without machines or running or weights — but it’s not true.

Some of the most intense and best exercise you can get comes from just a few simple moves that can you can easily do in your own living room or back yard. Today, I’m going to share the easiest moves with you!

I’m also showing off some new Puma gear I’m pumped to review today! Here’s today’s workout:

You can do this as many times as you like — but for a solid workout, I’d aim for 10 times! Try not to stop too much as you go around because you don’t want to defeat the purpose of simplicity.

As in many simple CrossFit workouts, you will get winded and feel totally wasted when you finish this if you do it right. Don’t cheat yourself — do your push-ups well, squat all the way down and crunch up all the way on the V-ups. Obviously, you can modify anything that is too hard for you.

Featured Puma Clothes:

I liked the shirt because it really sucked my middle in a flattering way — was also really comfortable. It wasn’t good for running but worked well for CrossFit. The pants were good — didn’t move when I worked out and loving the fun colors! The shoes are super lightweight and cute — great for quick workout moves in CF, Zumba or other kind of training class.

What I really loved about the clothes is that they are all about “recovery power”  and breathability — meaning they are great for your muscles when and after they’ve been working really hard. Isn’t that what we all need?

  • Thursday: CrossFit
  • Friday: 5-mile run
