Happy Friday everyone!

I’ve got a couple of random things to share today so stay with me! First of all, I am re-sharing the post I wrote last year — a tribute to Andrew Breitbart. Today is the anniversary of his death. He was only 43 when he died — and an inspiration and friend to many. Please take a moment to read it if you knew of him.

Started my day off at Back on My Feet. I’ve been SUCH a baby with the cold lately but I had to get out there. Can’t wait for warm weather! Speaking of which…their annual Blue & Green Birthday Bash is coming up! If you are in the area, I hope you will consider attending this fabulous dinner!

Five Posts I Loved This Week

Recently, I was given a coupon to try out a couple of things from Swanson Vitamins. There was so much to choose from, I was overwhelmed! Luckly, I found two products I really wanted to try: Sesame oil and Argon Oil leave-in conditioner.

I LOVE sesame oil! I love the smell and rich, flavorful aroma it gives to your meals — especially if you are making stir fry.  I’ll be honest, I don’t know what makes sesame oil “organic” but I was happy with this bottle (actually I got two!) and would recommend it!

The argon oil (which I’ve always heard is GREAT for your hair) was a good choice as well. It leaves a silky texture and makes me feel like I’m treating my hair well when I leave for the day — something I’ve never really paid much attention too.
