After three years together, my friend Mandy was a sweet and tearful girlfriend when her boyfriend Nik unexpectedly proposed in the mud and the muck after our Tough Mudder race this weekend.
They’ve conquered two trips to the Congo together — and much, much more. I guess after all those obstacles — in Africa, in the Tough Mudder, in life — they know they can handle anything together. The video of the proposal is below:
