My boyfriend, Rick, is from Arizona and so his favorite things to make are Mexican dishes. He grew up on the Arizona-Mexico border and frequently hopped the border to get the really, truly awesome Mexican food.
Therefore, when he offers to make me some Mexican food, I’m in. Something about the way he seasons and let’s the spices simmer into the chicken ends up making it taste amazing. You should look and learn!
