STOP WALKING THROUGH YOUR STRUGGLES WITH ALCOHOL ALONE

You've been carrying this burden a long time.

The wine after the kids are in bed.
The mental math every morning.
The part of you that keeps asking is this a problem?

You're not hiding from everyone. Just from yourself. And maybe from God.

You don't need rock bottom.
You don't need a diagnosis.
You just need someone who understands — and a place where you can finally stop pretending you're fine.

That place exists. And there's a seat for you.

A TRANSFORMED LIFE

Meet The Woman on the Other Side of Alcohol

The Freedom Circle is a small, intimate group designed to walk you through the hard and holy work of lasting change.

This isn't a program that asks you to be someone you're not or sit in a church basement with strangers or call yourself an alcoholic.

It's a small, safe circle of women who get it — led by someone who lived it for twenty years before finding her way out.

There's no shame or scripted healing. Here, it's just grace, truth, and the kind of faith-based community that can change everything.

I want in.

You've tried cutting back — and it worked for a while, until it didn't.

You've prayed about this more times than you can count.

You've Googled things at midnight you'd never want people at church to see.

You love Jesus and you love your family — but the gap between who you are and who you want to be is exhausting to manage.

You've thought about reaching out before. Something always stopped you.

Now is the time.

Live Weekly Gathering

A small-group video call where we go to the real stuff — what's working, what's hard, and what God might be saying in the middle of it. You can show up messy. That's kind of the point.

Guided Soul Work Between Sessions

Guided reflection and journal prompts — not homework, but heart work — designed to help you get honest with yourself and with God in the spaces between our calls.

Scripture & Prayer Weekly to Your Inbox

This is spiritual work, and we treat it that way. Every session is anchored in the Word. We pray for each other — by name, knowing your whole story — because that's what real community does.

Mid-Week Threads for Hard Moments

Because "today was hard" deserves more than a journal entry. A private group thread where you can ask for prayer, share a win, or just say I'm struggling today — and someone will always show up.

IN 8 WEEKS, YOU'LL GET:

  • A clear-eyed understanding of your relationship with alcohol — and what God is inviting you toward.
  • A prayer life deepened by real vulnerability.
  • Women who know your whole story and love you for it.
  • Tools and scripture you'll carry long after this circle ends.
  • And something you haven't had in a long time: the felt knowledge that you are not alone.

Imagine This Kind of Life

Imagine waking up tomorrow and not thinking about alcohol at all.

Not obsessing. Not calculating. Not replaying last night. Just… waking up.

You're rested. Clear-headed. Present. The kind of morning you've been trying to manufacture for years — and it's just there, waiting for you.

Here's what that life actually looks like inside Freedom Circle:

You sleep well. You wake up well.
No more lying awake replaying what you said. No more waking up with that familiar dread in your chest, running through the mental math of how much you drank. You feel like yourself again — because you are yourself again.

The shame spiral is over.
The voice that called you weak, undisciplined, a bad mom, a bad Christian — it gets quieter. And then one day, you notice it's just… gone. Not because you white-knuckled it away. Because you finally got to the root of it.

Your prayers change.
They stop being apologies. They stop circling the same confession again and again. You start bringing God the rest of your life — the things you've been too distracted, too foggy, too tired to bring Him. You hear Him more clearly. You trust Him more fully.

You're actually present.
At dinner. In conversation. On ordinary Tuesday evenings. You stop medicating the moments that felt too heavy and start actually living them. The clarity you thought you'd lost? It comes back.

The cravings lose their power.
Not because you're suppressing them, but because you understand them now. You have real tools for real triggers. Alcohol stops feeling like the answer — and you stop missing the question.

You find yourself flourishing.
Not in a polished, performative way. In a real way. The energy you spent managing and hiding your drinking gets poured back into your life — your faith, your relationships, your purpose, the things that actually matter to you.

This life isn't a fantasy. It's what becomes possible when you stop trying to do this alone, in the dark, with willpower as your only weapon.

It's what I found after 20 years of struggling — and it's what I've watched women step into, one by one, inside the Freedom Circle.

You can get there too. And I want to help.

A PASSION FOR HELPING WOMEN FIND FREEDOM

About Your Mentor

I spent twenty years in the gray area.

I was leading Bible studies. Going on mission trips. Showing up at church every Sunday. And coming home to a glass of wine that turned into two, then three — and a creeping shame I couldn't talk to anyone about.

I didn't look like someone who had a problem. That was the problem.

When I finally got honest — with God, with myself, and eventually with others — everything began to change.

My relationship with my kids deepened. My faith became something I could actually feel. I stopped managing a secret and started living a life.

I'm six years sober now. I wrote Freely Sober: Rethinking Alcohol Through the Lens of Faith because I wished someone had handed it to me in those years when I was struggling alone.

And I created Freedom Circle because I know the one thing that accelerates everything — community. Real women, real stories, real grace.

I'm not your therapist. I'm not a pastor. I'm someone who has been exactly where you are and found a way through — and I want to walk that road with you.

PUT YOUR HOPE IN HIS PROMISES FOR YOUR FUTURE

What if you made lasting changes that start today?

You've been wondering if this is the moment.

It is. And there are a few seats for those who are ready to take action.

This isn't a course you'll forget about in your downloads folder. It's a circle of real women, in real time, walking toward real freedom — together.

If you've felt God nudging you toward something better, and you're finally ready to answer —

come take your seat.

September 20-November 20, 2026

When are the weekly meetings?

We'll meet weekly on Wednesdays at 1 p.m. ET (recordings will be available) with bonus meetings every other Sunday/Monday night. All meetings are recorded and available for 72 hours after.

What if I cannot make the meetings?

If you need to miss a meeting, we will record it and send you the replay. You can submit questions/issues prior to meeting if you'd like me to cover something specifically. I will work with you to ensure you get what you need that week.

Do I need to be sober to join?

No. This is for anyone at any point in the journey toward sobriety. Whether you're on day 0 or day 876 or beyond -- this community is for you.

Will you run this group again?

We aren't sure if we'll run this group specifically again. It is intentionally small, focused and meant to be customized to group members directly. No group is exactly the same!

"Ericka is so full of warmth...she just allows you to put your shoulders down without judgment and offers hope for the future.

She is truly a no-pressure, vulnerable friend to walk with as you pull back the curtain into your own heart regarding alcohol."

- Molly F.

"I'm a mom with young kids and 30 days sober. Ericka's work is exactly what I needed. I'm in therapy and have a church community, but this kind of group is still so necessary for me."

- Kelly D.
