Don’t Miss:

Welcome to Day #30 of my Core Power Challenge. If you are reading and made it to Day #30, thank you for joining me!

I know that everyone who started on Day #1 did not complete all 30 days — but that’s okay. I’m just glad you chose to start and do some — or all — along the way.

I’ve never been a “commitment” type of girl. Though I’ve trained pretty consistently for marathons, the nitty gritty stuff like good stretching, proper, consistent muscle training and CORE, have never been my strong point.

Just keep going. Everybody gets better if they keep at it. — Baseball Player Ted Williams

Also? I’ve never been on a “real” diet or committed to that (that’s okay!) but this challenge forced me to be accountable to you and take this commitment seriously. It showed me — it can be done — and I did it.

I already admitted to you that I didn’t do every single day — though I did make up for the days that I missed. If you missed a few days, don’t sweat it! Everyone who signed up is a winner to me because you have to take that first step.

Never let the fear of striking out get in your way. — Babe Ruth

This challenge has made me recognize that CORE is so important for our overall athletic ability and body functionality. I hope I never neglect again after this.  Now, it’s on to Day #30:

Now what? Did you participate in the Core Power Challenge? If so, please send me a list of your tweets/instagrams to be entered into the drawing for $75 at Lululemon or Fabletics!

Email me at ericka.andersen@gmail.com. Here’s how it will work — the more links you send, the more times you will be entered. So if you did 10 days, you’ll be entered 10x. If you did all 30 days, you’ll be entered 30x. I will choose a winner by Friday of this week and announce! Good luck!
