Searching for something for dinner tonight, I had no idea where to start. Searching the blogloves for ideas was a world nearly too big for my limited cooking mind! I absolutely love anything buffalo so when a few buffalo recipes started sticking, I knew I had to grab one up quick. Then, I saw Julie’s recipe for a buffalo chicken burger with Muenster cheese and I knew that was IT! I have a new and special love for Muenster!

It was incredibly simple and hardly required any of the crazy ingredients my other dinners have called for. I decided to pair the sandwiches with with a side of roasted parmesan broccoli (not pictured). I actually only made 3 patties and they were tooo thick so stick with four. Pair this combo with a tall glass of ice cold milk (you’ll need it) and enjoy!
