Reebok Nano 4.0 CrossFit Shoe

Reebok Nano 4.0 CrossFit Shoes. You know these shoes were what every athlete at the CrossFit Games was wearing this year, right? Yes, because I told you — and there’s a reason for that. They are simply the best.

Since I started doing CrossFit 2.5 years ago, they are the only shoe I’ve worn for workouts. The reason Reebok has such a handle on CF shoes? They are dedicated to making the very best — molded and sculpted to be exactly what the multi-functional athletes of CrossFit need to do get their work done well.

When 2014 Fittest Female in the World Camille Leblanc-Bazinet was asked how she knows fans are going to approach her in the airport, she said she knows by their Nanos.

While I was home last week, I did a little WOD-ing of my own in my parents basement. Ahh, so nice when your parents have their own personal gym downstairs. Luckily, they have everything from an Olympic lifting bar to slamballs, a rowing machine and a pull-up structure. It was actually kind of fun to go down there and experiment with what I naturally gravitate towards in CrossFit

Of course, I pulled on my Nano 4.0’s for the fun and got to work. Here’s the WOD I chose for the day (not a professional programmer here so bear with me!):

Strength: Bench Press
4 rounds of:
15 slamballs
250m Row
10 OH squat
10 DB snatches

How is the Nano 4.0 different from the 3.0?

  • More breathable
  • Lighter
  • More Flexible

How is the Nano 4.0 perfect for any WOD?

  • Duracage protective upper
  • RopePro protection wrap
  • 4mm heel to toe drop for stability
  • Open weave mesh upper for breathability
  • Multi-surface outsole for traction
  • Forefoot and heel pods provide cushioning and shock absorption

*ALSO: You can custom design the Nano 4.0 so while they offer some basic colors here — there are a million things you can do with it — another thing I love about Reebok!

As they say, live with fire and burn it up in some Nano 4.0’s today!
