Hello everyone! Very little time today and wasn’t able to get up a full post but still wanted to post a quick Core Workout for #CoreCommit folks and for anyone else that might want to add a little core spice to their workout today.

This one is from the lovely Tone It Up ladies — you know they always have killer workouts. It incorporates a lot of moves I’ve not included in the Challenge yet so hopefully this will keep you from being bored!

While I know I could have a much healthier tummy tightening diet, I can see a difference in my abs and it feels good to actually stick with something. After Core Power Challenge is over, I’m gonna have to try something else that will keep me committed for March!

    I have to admit I wasn't impressed with the women from Tone It Up. Not very original exercises but they certainly have built a great empire doing what they do!
