Water. It is my number remedy to all things in life. Tired? Chug some cold water. Hungover? Drink a glass of water every 30 minutes. Got the munchies? Drink water. Want to sleep better? Drink more water. Want to have better breath? Drink plenty of water! Need energy? Water. Glowing skin? WATER!

I didn’t always love drinking my daily quota of water but guess what happened? Habit. Habit can be your best friend or your worst enemy. In this case, my water habit has become my bestie. And now I have a new reason to keep chugging — and feel electroenlytened every day!

How do you find ELECTROENLYTENMENT? How about some electrolyte-enhanced water from resource® Natural Spring Water? Bam!

Bottled water is always a treat for me because I usually (to the horror of my mother!) just drink tap. So when I got the opportunity to review resource® Natural Spring Water, I was excited. I spend so much time working out and recovering — especially in the hot, hot summer — I NEED these electrolytes to refresh and hydrate. And I’m not a huge fan of flavored sports drinks so this is perfect for me.

After a long run!
Also — the best time to find electrolytenment? On a long training run. I’d fill up my water pack or water belt with this and know that when I get thirsty, I’m getting both water and electrolytes to keep me on the up and up through 20 miles in the summer.
Yesterday, I was a sweaty disaster after Crossfit and couldn’t have been happier to walk in my house and down a bottle of resource® Natural Spring Water before work. When you are pushing hard in the AM — but have a long day ahead of you as well — you have to take care of yourself. This was a grand idea if you ask me!
After Crossfit!
Of course the only bad thing is, I drink water faster than you can think so it was gone all too soon. Overall, though, I really liked the water — a nice, clear, pure taste. What else should you know about resource® Natural Spring Water?

  • It’s 100% naturally sourced spring water
  • It has naturally occurring electrolytes
  • The packaging is made with 50% recycled plastic (excluding label & cap)

So there ya have it. I’d like to have a pantry full of these babies 365!

What do you think? Are you a water fiend like me? When do you feel like you find your “electroenlytenment”? How important is water to you on a daily basis? What kind of consumption to you have ?

Please read: resource® Natural Spring Water is a holistic bottled water brand that sustains a lifestyle of wellbeing – spring water with naturally occurring electrolytes for taste, a bottle made from 50% recycled plastic [excluding label and cap], and a source for discovery and enlightenment.
